• ​A €25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.
• ​The remaining amount must be paid in CASH on the day of your appointment.
• ​You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance. Deposits can be transferred to a new date within 3 months.
• Bookings open on the 15th of every month for the following month.

 

Attendance & Cancellations
• ​Be on time. Please notify me if you are running late.

• Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes late.
• ​Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and "No-shows" will be charged the full service price.

 

​Hair Preparation
• ​Natural hair must be at least 7 cm long.
• ​Please arrive with hair washed (product-free), detangled, and blow-dried.

• ​If hair is not detangled, I charge a €10 fee

 

Extensions 

• If you selected hair included:  Choose or  specify your desired color in the comments. 
• Bringing your own hair? The required hair is listed under the style you booked.
